As co-founder of a successful multi-million-dollar business built from the ground up and later sold to private equity, Debra understands what it means to carry responsibility, push through adversity, and hold everything together. But behind that success was a deeper journey one of healing from trauma, reclaiming her identity, and learning to live with truth, boundaries, and self-respect.

Today, Debra works with women who feel stuck, unseen, or emotionally exhausted from trying to manage relationships and life on their own. Through a faith-centered and recovery-based approach, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where women can begin to untangle patterns, rebuild self-worth, and step into a more grounded, authentic life.
